All oils are really beneficial for all types of things especially if you have dry combination skin like I do. It promotes hair growth especially within lashes and eyebrows when you had a bad waxing/threading job or if you are wanting thicker and longer hairs. It improves your complexion and keeping your skin hydrated throughout the day. Each oil does have its beneficial aspects.

    Ameera Liquid Gold Argan Oil

Is the best oil that I’ve used so far, this one could be used as a primer and it was a 100 ml so it lasted quite a while. I like to use it before I sleep and after I finish my daily skincare routine, it just sinks into your skin and not make your skin feel oily. It can be added to your foundation for a dewy look while keeping your skin moisturized. The vitamin A and vitamin E can help reduce fine wrinkles and keep this delicate area moisturized. It helps to reduce inflammation caused by acne while helping heal damaged skin cells. It is an amazing oil to have because of its multiple uses as it also helps hair/nail growth also acts as an exfoliate.

    Zahra Argan Oil

This one is from eBay but Argan oil has so many benefits when coming to to your hair, face and body. I love Argan oil it’s not too heavy or too light it’s just the perfect amount of oil needed to moisturize your face. This one has a pump so it’s easy to apply and the left over I have I massage it into my hair to keep it hydrated and healthy. Wearing a hijab (headscarf) I often forget to take  care of my hair but having this oil and braiding my hair before I sleep has made me hair shiny. Argan oil just sinks into your skin and it’s amazing to use as a primer and really keep your skin hydrated all day long.

    Coconut Oil

Is great for removing makeup even the toughest makeup also settles nicely on the face after you clean your face. It helps moisturize your skin and right after you get out the shower it helps retain moisture. I like to use this as a body moisturizer but not as a face moisturizer, I’ve heard people say that using this oil on your face isn’t good. I just use it to remove my makeup and then wash it off with a cleanser. Especially those lazy days you just use baby wipes and oil to remove makeup.

    Vitamin E Oil

Wrinkles come from age, free radical damage, improper skin care and poor habits such as smoking and drinking alcohol in excess. Vitamin E Oil prevents the formation of wrinkles by blocking free radical damage. It treats wrinkles by boosting collagen production, a connective tissue that keeps skin elastic. Vitamin E oil also treats wrinkles by supporting new skin cell growth and speeding up cell regeneration. Vitamin E oil provides the skin with necessary moisture as well as antioxidants for intense healing. However, pure vitamin E oil is not ideal as a daily moisturizer because it is so thick and sticky.

    Almond Oil

I just purchased this but I have heard so many benefits about so I had to get it. It not only clears complexion but also gives a warm glow to the skin. Massage the almond oil under your eyes before you sleep. The vitamin E in the almond oil will rejuvenate the skin, and with regular use, lighten the skin under your eyes. It will also reduce wrinkles and crow’s feet around the eyes. Heat the almond oil with Vitamin E oil till it’s warm and massage for about 10-15 minutes and wipe it off your face with a warm towel. This facial massage repairs your skin and eliminates wrinkles and fine lines with regular use. It also moisturizes and nourishes dry skinAlmond oil strengthens the hair follicles and imparts a beautiful shine to your hair. Our lashes are not very different from the hair on our scalp. Therefore, the same nutrients that benefit the hair on our head can do wonders to the lashes too.

    Castor Oil

It is an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant oil which has been used for centuries for its therapeutic and medicinal benefits. You always hear Castor Oil is good for hair growth and it is but the consistency of it, it’s very thick. What you can do it mix one part Castor Oil, Two part Argan Oil and 2 part Avocado Oil and this can be used as an eyelash/eyebrow serum or just for your hair growth. Try this for a week or two every night and you’ll see results. Castor oil is a natural emollient that penetrates the skin and helps stimulate the production of collagen and elastin which can soften and hydrate the skin. It can also help with Acne, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Hair loss, Arthritis and Rheumatism, Yeast Infections, Constipation, Gastrointestinal Problems, Menstrual Disorders, Migranes, Sunburn, Athlete’s Foot, Ringworm, Skin Abrasions, and Inflammation.(Home remedies)

    Glycerin Oil

This oil can be used as a cleanser, toner, skin moisturizer as most moisturizers or cream contain glycerin. It cures oily skin problems like pimples, acne and blackhead. Wash your feet well and apply glycerine on your cracked heels. It works like magic in healing your cracked heels overnight. It removes clogged impurities and helps in lightening skin shade. It can be used as an anti Ageing treatment which is really helpful for us young adults to use to take care of our skin at a young age.

    • Apply raw glycerine directly on scars that are especially caused burns, acne or wounds to get rid of them.
    • It can be used as a toner when making rose water or adding it to rose water.
    • Take one tablespoon of each Vitamin E oil, Vaseline and glycerin. Apply half-an-hour before taking a shower. It is suitable for all skin types.
    • Cleanser: Mix 3 teaspoon of milk with 1 teaspoon of glycerin. Apply it to your face and leave it overnight or for an hour. Wash it off the next morning.
    • Anti-aging treatment: Break an egg white into your bowl till it is light and frothy and add in one teaspoon of honey. Then, add one teaspoon of glycerin. Mix it well and apply it onto your face using your fingertips in upward circular strokes. Leave it on for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water. The egg white helps remove the impurities and keeps skin clean and soft.

I hope you enjoyed this oil and how beneficial it is to have oils laying around. Olive oil is beneficial as well but I don’t use it to my daily oils.

    With Love Fatima 🌷
